the hotel had spacious, comfortable rooms. i found the facilities and cleanliness were super clean (this was important to me). the fast wi-fi was reliable. it really helped me stay connected .
i found the pool area felt a bit small. it could get crowded at times. i also wished for more shaded areas near the pool, especially during peak sun hours.

I enjoyed my stay. the gardens created a peace all around away from the busy streets. the pool offered a nice area for relaxation. the breakfast had a good variety of options. I found something i liked.
My room seemed quite dusty. i could smell the dust, which caused me to sneeze. the pool was smaller than i expected. the gym's air conditioning did not work well. It was very hot in there.

The rooms are clean, always a good start.
I booked a room with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi had very brown water. It had not been cleaned so I could not use it. The furniture also had coffee stains. This was pretty disappointing for the money spend.

The grounds were beautiful! I enjoyed the quiet garden spaces. The room was quite large and the bed was very comfortable with AMAZING!!! bedding.
The gym's A/C did not work. I noticed there was no water available to drink there either. The breakfast options lacked variety, and the egg tray remained empty for a long time one morning. Our couples massage got cancelled the day before due to staff shortage.

the staff was excellent they offered helpful tips for exploring the area the gardens and pool created a good escape the food was first class thai food was delicious the hotel is close to the river ferry it is easy to get to many tourist spots i encountered no issues at all
the room had no natural light the lighting was poor it reminded me of a cave the overall experience made me disappointed this was overpriced

The location was acceptable, providing convenient access to nearby attractions.
My room, a Mattana Beautiful, was not clean. I could literally smell the dust. It made me sneeze a lot. The air conditioning in the gym didn't work. there wasn't any water available. Definitely NOT a five-star experience.
